Blood pressure and the Vegetarian diet.

Why do people get high blood pressure?

Is it having to much blood for your Veins? 

What is it? fizzy blood? Lumpy Blood?

To be serious, it is a big concern for a lot of people, not just for those who have high blood pressure but for family and friends as well every one is affected by this common disease. Lifestyles have been changing ever since the war and health wise not  for the better.

These days of austerity measures and financial recession will never bring us better health, cheap food can be just as healthy as expensive food...................... BUT remember too much rich food can seriously effect your health. 

Today are you looking for ways to counteract high blood pressure,

there are easy Answers, 

1. I SAY.......BECOME A VEGAN.

YOU SAY .....Yeah sure but I am used to eating meat and butter and ice cream I don't really want to change my diet at all.

2. I SAY......... Stop eating processed or manufactured food, start cooking all your meals from scratch cutting down on high fat content oils and meats, salt and Sugar.

YOU SAY.......Yeah sure but I don't know what is good for me, food is food.

3. I SAY.......DONT Start counting calories, measuring cholesterol, and watch your alcohol intake.

YOU SAY.......Yeah sure  I am far to busy to start all that and alcohol is my friend.

There are better ways of changing your life around that you will enjoy.
