Cookery Classes At "A Taste of Heaven"
The purpose of the cookery classes is to introduce participants to a range of healthier alternatives to common ingredients as well as teaching them how to cook a range of quick and easy nutritionally balanced meals, which are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. People who are looking for ideas for low fat dishes and those who are seeking to reduce meat and fish in their diets, would find these classes useful.
Each session is themed and will last one and a half hours. The health benefits of the main ingredients will also be explored. Participants will be given samples of each of the dishes and recipes will be emailed to them. At the end of each class, participants will explore a “shopping bag” ~ healthy alternatives to common ingredients. They will be given ideas about how they might be used and where to purchase them from.
