INASPECTRUM MY ASPIE DENIAL www.inaspectrum.com

Aspergers is a form of Autism.

The condition Aspergers is noted as a spectrum of aspects or a range of aspects.

so imagine there are 50 aspects in the Aspergers Spectrum or Apergen Range.

How many of these aspects do you need to have, in order to claim to be Aspergen?

What can contribute to being classed as having the label of Aspergers, Aspie, Aspergen and similar labels.

First lets make the List
( i am  going to make this a list in progress as it will grow as incidences occur in life )

1. I choose to look at peoples teeth when they are talking to me, UNLESS I will and can look people in the eye for short periods. Especially if I find them attractive or want something from them.

2. I find it hard to be loving, UNLESS well no I have had loads of loving relationships, deep and meaningful.

3. I don't show my emotions....... UNLESS it is a sad or an especially happy film or story. Then I will silently cry when others don't normally. Even when watching Frozen agghh!

4. I don't like clingy Clothes UNLESS I am in bed and I tightly wrap the bed clothes around me.

5. I am not good at conversations UNLESS it is telepathy and I can do that for hours to my self.

6. I can sense someone's emotional state UNLESS I am making them upset and I just cant give a dam ohh orible me!

LIVE YOUR LIFE - LOVE YOUR LIFE

Who are you?          Coaching for life

                              1.JFK John Kennedy

"A person does what they must..in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures..and that is the basis of human morality."

What is it that drives you?  what are your principles? identify: is it responses from people,  is it self satisfaction?

                              2.Theodore Roosevelt

"Big Jobs usually go to people who outgrow the little small ones"

Where are you in your life? achievements? Skills? what is your next step,  to hold on to the status quo or to progress,  how do you see it? know how big your stride is do not over stretch!!

                              3.George Washington

"Few people have the virtue to withstand the highest bidder"

A society is around you. In A Spectrum the  community is with you, .surround yourself with people who you trust and they value you. When I was running a small group in New Addington,  local people came to know us. One day I heard  a couple of men talking about me saying "He is their minder"  In that moment I knew we were accepted as part of the area

                              4.Machiavelli a political philospher italian 15th c

"It is not titles that make people illustrious. but people who make titles illustrious"

strong realistic goals, Autism /Aspergers never let a title restrict ,confine you or define you. A title is only what you make it. society needs to fit into your life as you are a part of Society There is a film called the Texan and there are many people who live in Texas. This world is full of gangs yet the krays made the name their own. aspire to change the world

                              5.Plato

"When men speak ill of thee, live so as nobody may believe them"

All ways look on the bright side of life.

trust someone, Criticisms come from all directions in life,  your spouse, your children, colleagues, friends, neighbours and even enemies, Try to put all things into context, speak about concerns with neutral people but dont demand answers,  it is better to dismiss ill will and maintain your own thought out convictions. Is there such a thing as a frictionless relationship?

                              6.Napoleon

"There is one kind of robber whom the law does not strike at, and who steals what is most precious to people: TIME."

structure your days  do not let the time go by as you procrastinate about maybe small things" don't sweat the small things"  Life is short and unpredictable and you only have a small window of opportunity. be decisive,  plan,  review and progress. You have a right to be in this world. When I was running a small community group in New Addington, UK,  local people came to know us. One day I heard  a couple of men talking about me saying "He is their minder"  In that moment I knew we were accepted as part of the area.

                              7. Bob Dylan

"A person is a success if they gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what they want to do."

Live your dream. You have to do what makes you happy,  we all know this,  also you must bare in mind consequences of your actions will you still be happy if your action causes another to be unhappy. no need to be a people pleaser. there is nothing better in life than to wake up and know you are going to do or be involved with something that you love doing.

NOW Fill in the gaps with your answers

1.What drives you? (know yourself)..............

2.Where are you in life?( Life Plan) ............................

3. what will make you confident to run your own race?(know your friends).................

4.give yourself a positive title and stick to it (strong realistic goals).........

5. Name someone who gives you reassurance, when others doubt you ( trusted Guide ).................

6.What will you do when you don't know what to do? (structure).................

7. what is your greatest desire?(live your dream)............................

In A Spectrum : Autism and Vaccines

Autism and Vaccines
The argument goes backward and forward.
Consider this....When someone who has a cold sneezes orrible cold germs in a room, some people will get colds and some wont catch a cold.
does this mean that cold germs don't cause someone to catch a cold? NO No No, we know thatcold germs DO spread the common cold.
My mum was seriously allergic to wasp stings and a wasp sting could kill her, does this mean that we all could die from being stung from a wasp? NOOOOOO!
Different things affect different people differently.
Which means that one child of a pair of twins may get an allergic reaction from a vaccine whilst his brother may be unaffected. whilst getting the same vaccine at the same developmental time.
We all know we can find countless women who testify that their child regressed, not just learning but regressed after having vaccines that were lumped together around the 18-24 months age .
The growing child can be allergic to any of the various items in a vaccine not just the "active " ingredients.
When you come across someone who tells you vaccines do no harm, ask them exactly what they know about the vaccines in question and your child! I tell you, you wont get much of an answer.
Ask for facts not just parrot talk.
Mothers you know your children you study them day by day hour by hour, don't let anyone tell you different.
What do you think?

Do you know Grace?

all so known as Jean's sister.

LOVE

Can you love someone who hates you?

SERVICE

some people are naturally close to serving others i think of mothers and others
They serve out of a love for another  and it is their nature to serve even if you,  YOU give them power.

MERCY

Can you show your love and submission when you are in a position of control or caught in the act of deception?

Compassion

When you are tired from working long hours, and poor eating habits, will you give up your seat on the bus for another?

Humility

When the world mocks you and turns its back on you, will you give the world back the love it dropped?

We can do all these things and more

through Christ who strengthens us!

Autism - Made in the U S A - Gary Null's Remarkable Documentary

Hi Friends, I think this video is quite convincing.

I know its nearly 2 hours long but lets give it a try,

part of it is the change in response/ reactions from very young children after getting a regular vaccine in America.

The reversal of unusual lifestyle behaviour when the child's diet is changed.

And something else that is not on the tip of my tongue at the moment

Oh yes. the amount of Aluminium and Mercury that is in the body either from fish or medication and what Gary Hull thinks is the effect on the body.

There is so much aluminium from areosols and Mercury naturally goes to the top of the world due to magnetism and that is where the arctic Cod go to spawn and Salmon.

Oh Yeah again what is needed is A BODY BALANCE OF MINERALS so go on a raw food diet not really juicing but liquidising as you want to keep the ruffage roughage.
The Raw food, no not meat, will naturally give the body what it requires and not overload it with what it does not want.
 I am not opposed to a multivitamin tablet B6 B12 Vitamin C,  D, E, Iron, Zinc, Charcoal.
There are so many good things that come from the earth, good things like us!!

P.S. (My diet could be alot better i have cravings and addictions for sugar and fat)

but what do you think?

A CHILDRENS STORY                                           BY ME December 2013
Tommy wanted to fly

Tommy wanted to be a letter
It was a very windy day the wind knocked the postman off his feet  and the letters swiftly flew out of the postman's hand and scattered along the Path all dirty and scruffy. This put Tommy off of being a letter as he liked the idea of flying but not of being scruffy and dirty.

Then Tommy saw some leaves flying around the garden round and round they went by the back fence, they did not look dirty and scruffy, they looked light and sharp, cutting through the air with ease. When Tommy saw the speed with which the wind caught the leaves he was amazed.  But the leaves just did not know where they wanted to go next they would run this way turn around and run back again, they seemed to be having fun. The leaves were tossed to and fro, one time they were blown so high that Tommy lost sight of them up in the sky above the trees and houses.

Then when he looked up, he saw an aeroplane made by men that was in the control of a pilot flying straight making a lot of noise coming from one side of the sky going to the other side of the sky with a big white line behind it, which someone told Tommy was for the owner of the aeroplane to pull it back when it gets too far away. Tommy thought that was a good idea, very cunning and crafty, it was in case the wind got too fast and the aeroplane was lost like the leaves.

Then the plane flew out of sight and all Tommy could see was the white line in the sky
and Tommy thought of his time in Sabbath class when the teacher told all the children about Jesus coming down out of heaven to be with us on this earth. Tommy thought about Jesus in heaven and how he crossed that white line and came down to Earth. Jesus made up His mind to save all people on the earth, now that is love and Tommy liked to be loved.

He thought how some children are like the postmans letters, they look important and are held closely by someone yet that someone let them go and they fell to the ground or children are like the leaves being tossed to and fro which had great fun seemingly without a care in the world then disappeared out of sight or like the aeroplane that the man had told him was tied to the line.

Yet Tommy choose to follow Jesus so that he could grow in the love of Christ and one happy day Tommy would cross that white line in the sky and be with Jesus in heaven, but not yet..... as Tommy had much to read in his Bible that he did not understand .

So he opened his King James Version of the Bible, he turned to Ephesians 4 v 14-15 and read

Ephesians 4   14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: KJV.

And Tommy thought “Love you Jesus”.

Who wants to pray?

Book Review Diet Intervention and Autism by Marilyn Le Breton on JKP

Book Review Diet Intervention and Autism by Marilyn Le Breton.

Why does one food benefit when another harms.

I read that food with GLUTEN which is from SOME GRAINS (look on the food label to see if you are eating it) Also food with CASEIN DAIREY PRODUCT which is an Animal Milk Protein (may not be on your food label).
When you eat Gluten or Casein your stomach breaks down the protein in to short chain Amino Acids, if you have a leaky gut/ stomach then the amino acids breaks through the stomach lining by forming PEPTIDES that are in effect toxic to the body and brain. Gluten changes in the stomach into Gluteomorphine and travels in the body and brain and acts like it is morphine which is highly addictive likewise Caseomorphine travels the same paths.
Also heard of monosodium Glutamate MSG, and Aspartame. equally destructive to the body and brain in different ways.
All these food proteins and additives are in the Nations favorite foods, Hamburgers, Milkshakes, Fizzy Drinks etc etc .
You know what to avoid. So avoid it.

Why avoid it????????????????

There is a gigantic possibility that if YOU  can take MSG, Aspartame, Gluten and Casein out of your diet your life will improve through concentration, energy, health even wealth.

If YOU have a diagnosis of Asperger's or Autism or you think you are addicted to these foods and but want a change in lifestyle and want to start being that person that you always wanted to be, YOU know who you is.

Facts and ideas are encouraging; but picture a single parent who is possibly struggling to keep their son or daughter in the family house safe and also theirself safe from harm, you need to be getting the support to change to a Gluten, Casein, MSG, Aspartame free diet and that can be impossible. Trying to change a habit is not easy, how can we make it????????????????????

Also in the book it has loads of recipes which are really good, also do not miss the LINKS in the BACK OF THE BOOK.

check it out and it may change your life.

Southwark wants MeatFree Monday?

This is a direct paste from Thomas's Site You can do this for your town today.

Reasons to be meatfree  one  two  free!

Southwark Meat Free Mondays

Southwark MFM mapThere are 288,000 living in Southwark today and we want 2880 of these people (1% of the borough) to try a #SouthwarkMeatFreeMonday by 2014. It will cut child obesity, is better for your health and great for the environment – learn more below.
Encourage your school mates, colleagues at work or your faith group to give it a go. Click for great recipes, or for more info email thomasmicklewright@gmail.com, text 07789 322 920 or tweet us @LondonVeganSoc.

Southwark_areasWe want everyone to take part!

  • You! – read the reasons below then encourage your friends, family and colleagues give it a go! 200 people have signed up so far.
  • Green groups – We are supported by Southwark Friends of the Earth, Green Party, Dulwich Going Greener, Peckham Transition Town, Free School Meals For All.
  • Schools – encourage your school to take part. It’s a great way to reduce child-obesity and teach healthy eating.
  • Restaurants and cafes – ask your local eatery if they could do a meat free option on Mondays – tell us!
  • Churches and faith groups – get your congregation involved, St Stephen’s Dulwich did!
  • MPs and Councillors – tweet your local MP or councilor and get them to give #LMFM a go! So far:  3 Members of Parliament: Simon Hughes MP, Tessa Jowell MP, Harriet Harman MP, London Assembly Member (Southwark/Lambeth): Valerie Shawcross, 15 Councillors: Graham Neale (a vegan) James Barber, Andy Simmons, Helen Hayes, David Noakes, Fiona Colley, Robin Crookshank-Hilton, Michael Situ, Veronica Ward, Stephen Govier, Catherine McDonald, Adele Morris, Anood Al-Sameria, Tom Heys, Eleanor Kerslake, Edward Davey.

Why should everyone in Southwark try a meat free day?

earthBetter for the Environment: Meat is a high-energy product using large amounts of oil, land, fresh water and 90% of the crops grown to create meat are wasted in the process. The livestock sector is currently “one of the top two or three most significant contributors to the most serious environmental problems, at every scale from local to global” Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
healthheartBetter for your Health: Many of the world’s leading health organisations now encourage a reduction in the amount of meat people consume. Oxford University’s department of public health found that eating meat no more than three times a week could prevent 31,000 deaths from heart disease, 9,000 deaths from cancer and 5,000 deaths from stroke, as well as save the NHS £1.2 billion in costs each year.
pigletBetter for the Animals: Lets face it, killing is never pretty or humane. If you are able to live on healthy food that doesn’t destroy other creatures lives, why wouldn’t you?
